I have purchased two sets of tires from the gentlemen at Intermountain Tires in Herriman. They are the nicest guys you can imagine doing business with. They are honest, helpful, and deliver a superb customer experience. Today, I needed them to check for a problem with one of my tires from a little mishap. They checked everything out for me and thought I needed to have my tire pressure sensor replaced but after making sure all tires had the proper pressure, all was well. No charge! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent experience! I brought in a set of self-supplied all terrain tires and had these guys mount, balance, and perform an alignment. The SUV drives straight as an arrow and no shaking in the steering wheel, a great feat when dealing with chunky tires. The pricing was great, and the communication was perfect. They had me in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend, and will be back in the future. Thanks!

Hard working and honest auto shop. Prices are competitive as well. The waiting area is nice and clean. Staff members are friendly, professional, and keep themselves busy. Recommended over competitors I spent time researching online and via phone calls.

I hit a monster pot hole going 85 on the highway and the car started vibrating when I drove thereafter. My Lexus dealership is great for a lot of things but after a $210 diagnostic fee, they quoted me (inc tax) $1,000 to replace a bearing, $900 for a new rim, and $300 for a new tire. These guys replaced my bearing for a total of $268.07 and took only 1 hour (at $85/hr labor rate) vs the 2.5 hours the dealership quoted (at $185/hr labor rate). After checking, they said the tire was fine and wheel has a bend but isn’t dangerous. I believe them, as I’ve driven on it extensively without a problem for 2 weeks since the incident. They did a free tire balance on the wheels and found them super out of balance, likely causing the shaking. Its so hard finding shops you feel like you can trust, and this is one of them. I’ll be back for all tire and wheel needs.

It is no surprise that Intermountain Tire Pros have a 4.9 Star Rating. I noticed the PSI on one of my tires was low. I made a stop between meetings to have it looked at because I was traveling the next day and didn't want to come back to the airport garage after the trip and have the car sitting on a flat. They were super busy with several cars ahead of me, evident by the number of keys sitting on the desk with work orders. The gentleman at the front desk squeezed me in short notice, the shop filled up my tires, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I was told I can come back at 2 for a closer inspection to ensure there are no leaks which in this instance wasn't necessary. I am so touched by the service and level of care from the front desk and the shop. So great to have you so close to home and undoubtedly this is the place to go to for second to none quality and service! Thank you!!

I got a flat tire this morning and the guys at intermountain tire pros were super awesome and friendly. Robert was extremely informative with the details of my options. The set of tires i decided to get were not in their stock but there were speedy to get them here. And i was back two hours later and took less than an hour to get the new tires installed.
Thank you for being quick, friendly, and very fairly prices. I will definitely be coming back with my other cars here. Highly recommend them for repairs or new tires!
